Seasonal Cookouts Off the Wood Pit
Through the year we fire limited whole-hog roasts, holiday brisket pre-orders, and game-day watch nights built on wings and burnt ends. These run on the same all-wood, no-gas method behind the everyday menu, and the roasts sell out, so order ahead the week we announce one.

Yorkville is our only location with a dedicated event space, which makes it the natural pick for birthdays, showers, graduations, and office parties across Kendall County. We cover everything from drop-off catering to full-service spreads. Couples book us for relaxed wedding receptions, and summer hosts hand off the cooking for backyard-style parties. Pit Notes: Whole-hog and large catering orders go on the smoker the night before, and brisket rides 14-plus hours. For a weekend party, get your inquiry in early in the week so we can build the cook around your headcount instead of the other way around.
