Let Station One Smokehouse handle the main course. Order your Thanksgiving meat and sides for cold pickup on Wednesday, 11/25 or hot pickup on Thursday, 11/26.
- Cold pickup: Wednesday, 11/25, 12pm – 5pm. Cold orders come with reheating instructions.
- Hot pickup: Thursday, 11/26, 10am – 2pm, in one-hour windows (10-11, 11-12, 12-1 or 1-2).

To secure your meal, please email your order details to info@stationonesmokehouse.com. Once we receive your request, we will reply with a secure payment link to finalize your order.
Important: To process your order quickly, please include the following in your email:

- Phone Number
- Pickup Location (Plainfield or Yorkville)
- Pickup Day and Time (Cold on Wednesday 11/25 between 12pm – 5pm, or hot on Thursday 11/26 in a one-hour window: 10-11, 11-12, 12-1 or 1-2)

Important Dates & Pickup Info
- Ordering Cutoff: Sunday, 11/22 at 9:00pm (or until sold out). This is also the last day for refunds.
- Cold Pickup: Wednesday, 11/25 (12pm – 5pm).
- Hot Pickup: Thursday, 11/26 (10am – 2pm).
- Pickup Locations:
- Plainfield: Wednesday pickups at the carry-out window. Thursday pickups inside.
- Yorkville: Head straight to the cashier station (don’t wait in the main line!).
