WEDNESDAY 11/25 PICKUP (Refrigerated Orders)
Reheating Refrigerated Whole Turkey & Turkey Breast: Place on baking sheet and heat in oven at 325 degrees for approx.. 1.5 to 2 hours covered with foil until warmed through with internal temp of 140 degrees. Let rest for 10 minutes, remove foil carefully and carve. Turkeys have been fully cooked to 165 degrees per FDA guidelines. Even with this you might see some areas in the whole bird that look pink, this is totally normal due to the smoking process.
Refrigerated Brussel Sprouts, Elote Corn, Green Beans: To warm place on baking sheet and bake uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes. After warming add to tray: Brussel Sprouts mix in Honey Balsamic Glaze to taste. Elote sprinkle on Cotija Cheese, Chili Powder, and Cilantro to taste (limes on side).
Refrigerated Mac & Cheese, Tater Tot Casserole, & Sweet Potatoes: Remove foil lid and plastic liner. Replace foil lid. Place on baking sheet. Bake covered 1 hour at 325 degrees, carefully remove foil lid (hot steam) and bake 15 minutes more, or until internal temp of 140F. After warming Mac & Cheese sprinkle breadcrumbs on top to taste.
Refrigerated Cornbread: Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 min covered with lid. Carefully remove foil lid, cut and serve with a dollop of Honey Butter.
Gravy: Pour gravy into a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, on stovetop until warmed.
Pecan Pie: Serve at room temp, or warm uncovered in oven at 325 for 20 minutes.
THANKSGIVING DAY 11/26 PICKUP (Hot Orders)
If dining within two hours from pickup hold any hot items covered in oven at lowest possible setting (170-185). Very carefully remove any foil and plastic coverings (hot steam) and enjoy.
