Easter reheat instructions

You can keep all product refrigerated for up to three days. Other than Cornbread everything is fully cooked.

Trust your meat thermometer when heating as ovens do vary.

Reheating Refrigerated Whole Brisket, and Pastrami: Remove lid (brisket is wrapped in paper and pastrami in foil inside the pan, leave the paper and foil on when heating) and place in pre-heated oven at 325 degrees for approx. 1.5 to 2 hours until warmed to internal temp of 135F degrees. You should be able to push your meat thermometer through the paper or foil to check temp. Let rest for 10 minutes, remove paper/foil carefully and slice.

Pork Shoulder: Use preheated 325F oven for approx. 2 to 2.5 hours covered with foil. Shoulder is meant to be “Pulled” or shredded. This can be done with two standard table forks when it comes out of the oven at 135F.

Serving Ham: We suggest serving our hams at room temperature. To do so leave unrefrigerated for up to four hours. If you’d rather serve warmed use a 350 F oven, leave covered in foil for first 2 ½ hours, and uncovered for the balance. Because of size and density hams can take approximately three to four hours to get to 135 F. Monitor with your meat thermometer.

Cornbread: Preheat conventional oven to 400 F. While preheating spray supplied pan with vegetable oil spray and then pour in liquid cornbread contents. Bake at 400 F for 40 to 45 minutes. To check doneness, insert toothpick in center and remove. Done when no particulates stick to the toothpick, or when you slide it through your thumb and finger and do not get any liquid residue. The top will be very dark which is normal. Let rest at least 15 minutes (resting a few hours is fine) and serve with a dollop of Honey Butter.

Mac & Cheese, & Tater Tot Casserole: Place on cookie sheet, remove foil lid and plastic liner if present. Replace foil lid. Bake covered 45 mins at 325 degrees, carefully remove foil lid (add onion rings to Tater Tot) bake approx. 20 minutes more to achieve meat thermometer 135F internal temp. After warming Mac & Cheese sprinkle breadcrumbs on top to taste.

Peach Cobbler place in preheated 350F oven and warm uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to pull at 135 F.
