CHRISTMAS HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

 

Ovens vary. Trust your meat thermometer.

Whole Brisket
Let warm to room temp for 2 hours wrapped. Preheat oven to 275 F. Leave Brisket in provided pan covered in plastic and paper. Heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Unwrap carefully avoiding steam and put back into oven uncovered for 15 additional minutes to set bark. Ovens vary. Check internal temp using a thermometer to get to 140 F. Brisket is completely cooked, you are just warming it. Let rest for another 10 minutes, slice and enjoy! Ham
Let warm at room temp for 2-3 hours. Preheat oven to 275 F. Leave ham in provided pan covered and heat for 2+ hours. Remove foil and continue for 30 minutes more to allow honey and brown sugar to caramelize. Enjoy! Check internal temp with thermometer for serving temp of 135F. Ham is completely cooked; you are just warming it. 

Pork Spareribs
Leave covered in foil pan. Preheat oven to 275 F. Heat for 30 minutes. Unwrap carefully to avoid steam. Serve with sauce supplied-Spicy or Bourbon Peach.

Buffalo Chicken Wings
Warm uncovered at 350 F for 15-20 minutes. Serve with veggies and dip supplied.

Texas Twinkies
Warm uncovered at 350 F for 15-20 minutes until bacon is desired crispness.

Sausage En Croute
Warm uncovered at 350 F for 12-15 minutes. Serve with mustard supplied.

Cornbread
From liquid refrigerated. Remove all coverings and let warm at room temp for 30 minutes. Bake at 350F 25-30 minutes uncovered. Like a cake you can insert a wooden toothpick in center and when it comes out clean, without particulates, it is done. Let rest for 10 minutes. Enjoy warm with a dollop of Honey-butter.

Green Bean Almondine
Place uncovered in oven and bake at 350 F for approx. 20 mins. Sample for heat.

Mac & Cheese
Allow macaroni to warm to room temp about 30 minutes. Pour liquid cheese mixture into a small stovetop pan and warm on medium heat until 150F. Pour onto macaroni and toss.

Tater Tot Casserole
From refrigerated. Remove coverings and bake uncovered at 350 F for 40 minutes. Sprinkle French Fried Onions evenly on top and bake another 15 minutes. 

Salted Carmel Bourbon Bread Pudding
Warm uncovered at 350 F for 20 minutes.

We offer most of our normal everyday menu with same-day ordering and pickup!

Tuesday-Sunday, 11:30am-8pm. No pickups outside these hours.  Closed on Mondays.
Orders can be placed online 11:15am-7:30pm Tuesday-Sunday.
Our Online Ordering is for immediate ordering and will tell you when your order will be ready—usually 20 to 30 minutes.
Requesting custom pickup times is not available as all orders are based on what is currently available in our Kitchen.

We also accept walk-up to-go orders inside the restaurant every day that we're open!  Customers may enter the restaurant and order at our counter.  We have limited indoor seating and plenty of outdoor patio seating (when weather permits)!
